Technically specified natural rubber — consistent plasticity for industrial manufacturing.
TAT WIN’s block rubber is a technically specified natural rubber (TSR) produced in compressed block form. It offers consistent plasticity, low impurity levels, and reliable processing characteristics for industrial manufacturing.
With a minimum plasticity retention index (PRI) of 40% and Wallace rapid plasticity (P₀) of 30 minimum, our block rubber maintains its processing properties across varying conditions — giving manufacturers confidence in consistent performance.
| Property | Specification |
|---|---|
| Dirt retained on 44μ aperture (max % wt) | 0.16 |
| Ash content (max % wt) | 0.80 |
| Nitrogen (max % wt) | 0.60 |
| Volatile matter (max % wt) | 0.80 |
| Wallace rapid plasticity P₀ (min) | 30 |
| Plasticity retention index PRI (min %) | 40 |

Every batch of Block Rubber is traceable through our Synchronised Traceability™ system. You know exactly which plantations supplied the raw latex, how it was processed, when it was tested, and when it shipped.
Block Rubber meets or exceeds specification on every batch. Our NIR testing and full lab verification ensure zero surprises when your shipment arrives.
Every batch passes NIR spectroscopy, mechanical stability testing, trace metal analysis, and full ISO-standard verification before release.
Since 2021, 99.7% of batches meet specification on first release. Variance across all batches is less than 2% year-on-year.
