Overview
TAT WIN’s in-house R&D laboratory is equipped with near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) instruments that enable rapid, non-destructive quality testing of every production batch.
This capability is rare among latex concentrate manufacturers — most rely on external testing or less frequent sampling. Our lab allows us to verify DRC, TSC, VFA, KOH, and other critical parameters in real-time, ensuring consistent product quality before any shipment leaves our facility.
The lab also supports R&D for specialty formulations and custom blends, enabling us to develop products tailored to specific client requirements.
