How Traceability Works

Plantation Origin
Field latex is collected from specific plantation(s). Each batch is tagged with plantation ID, harvest date, and farmer information. This is the beginning of the chain.

Processing
Raw latex is processed at our facility. Every batch receives a unique identifier and is logged in our system with processing date, equipment used, and operators.

Testing & Verification
Complete lab testing is conducted. All results (DRC, TSC, VFA, KOH, etc.) are recorded and linked to the batch ID. FSC documentation is prepared.

Storage & Handling
Batch is stored in climate-controlled tanks. Storage conditions and dates are logged. Chain of custody documentation follows the batch.

Shipment
When shipped, the batch moves to a new container. Shipment is tracked with a new ID. FSC CoC paperwork, test results, and traceability documentation travel with the shipment.

Delivery & Documentation
Your team receives the shipment along with complete traceability packet: plantation origin, processing records, test results, FSC documentation, and chain of custody proof.
